Rev. 1 — 11/07/2026
Playkall is for organizing youth sport. We want it to stay a safe, respectful space for families, athletes and coaches. By using team chat you agree to these few rules.
Not allowed
- Harassment or bullying of other people.
- Threats or incitement to violence.
- Discrimination or hate speech (based on origin, gender, religion, disability, orientation, etc.).
- Sexual or inappropriate content, especially anything involving minors. On this, we have zero tolerance.
- Sharing someone else's personal data (contacts, photos, private information) without that person's consent.
- Spam or impersonation (pretending to be someone else).
- Misusing team communications for improper purposes or purposes unrelated to the sport activity.
How moderation works
- Each club manages its own community: coaches and club managers handle everyday cases.
- Playkall steps in only for serious cases (for example minor safety, severe or repeated abuse, situations that put someone at risk).
- Measures may include: hiding a person's content (block), muting their ability to post, removing an adult from the team, or, in exceptional cases, restricting posting across the whole platform.
- Events, call-ups and sports information stay accessible even when message posting is limited: restrictions apply to user-written content, not to the team's sporting life.
If something is wrong
- Long-press a chat message, then choose Report or Block.
- You can manage blocked people from Settings → Blocked users.
- To contest a decision or ask for help, use Contact support.
